If you want to be kitted out in original Team Rynkeby 2018 team wear when the outdoor cycling season starts on around 1 April, you need to order now.
For the seventh year in a row, the Nordic region’s largest charity cycling team, Team Rynkeby, will be cycling in quality clothing from the Danish cycling gear supplier Xtreme.
The clothing that the 1,900 cyclists from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Faroe Islands and Iceland will be cycling to Paris in this summer is in the familiar yellow colours of previous years, but the jerseys have nevertheless been given a significant visual update.
“We’ve done more to show that we are volunteers from six different nations, working together to raise funds for children with critical illnesses. The country markings have been given greater prominence on the chest and the upper back, making it easier for participants to see what countries the teammates they encounter on the European highways come from,” says Carl Erik Dalbøge.
Purchase by 25 January
The 2018 jersey is made from Xtreme’s well-known Rapid Dry fabric, which has an excellent moisture wicking ability as well as a quick-drying quality. The fabric is also highly elastic and soft, which makes it comfortable against the skin.
The cycling jersey has a zip-through front, three pockets on the back and a practical silicone edge at the bottom to ensure that the jersey stays in place.
The new Team Rynkeby shorts are also made from a popular Lycra fabric, and the straps are crafted from a perforated fabric that helps keep the cycling shorts in place during wear. At the hem, the shorts feature a 45 mm-wide elastic band that keeps the shorts close to the thighs while also providing an elegant finish.
Team Rynkeby’s official 2018 team wear is on sale in Team Rynkeby’s webshop. If you order by Thursday 25 January 2018, the clothes will be delivered to you by 1 April 2018 at the latest. You can freely choose from the clothes for Team Rynkeby’s 48 teams from six countries.
