Team Rynkeby extends collaboration with Bianchi

The Team Rynkeby Foundation and the Italian bike manufacturer Bianchi have agreed to extend collaboration for another year.

The riders on the Nordic region's largest charity cycling team, Team Rynkeby, will also be cycling on Bianchi bikes next season.

It is ascertained now where The Team Rynkeby Foundation has signed a new one-year cooperation agreement with the Italian bike manufacturer.

This allow the riders taking part in this year's tour to Paris – and who also will participate in next year's tour – to continue without problems on their current Bianchi racing bike.

- We have a great partnership with Bianchi, who over the years has developed a bike that fits perfectly for this purpose. It is a challenging task to supply equipment for such an extensive project that Team Rynkeby is, and I am therefore pleased, that we can continue the collaboration, we have established, says Carl Erik Dalbøge, director of the The Team Rynkeby Foundation.

An important project
Next year's trip will be the sixth consecutive year that Team Rynkeby is cycling to Paris on yellow racer bikes from Bianchi. As it is the case this year next year's bike is built on a Bianchi Intrepida-frame in carbon fitted with a full 11 speed Shimano 105 group, and it will be handed out to the riders in April, 2017.

- The collaboration with Team Rynkeby is important to us. We are extremely proud to be part of such a professional charity project, where cycling and doing something good for oneself goes hand in hand with beneficial work for children with critical illnesses, says Salvatore Grimaldi, owner of Bianchi.

Besides Bianchi, The Team Rynkeby Foundation has also extended its agreement with the clothing manufacturer Xtreme and travel organizer Ørslev.

Team Rynkeby is cycling to Paris from 9 to 16 July 2016. The trip will also take place in week 28 next year. If you would like to be part of the team, you can send your application here: www.team-rynkeby.com/apply.
