Team Rynkeby is now open for applications for 2018

Will you be joining us when Team Rynkeby cycles to Paris in 2018? Then you can already submit your application on the Team Rynkeby website.

Do you want to do something that's good for you while you do something good for others – while also becoming part of a strong social community?

Then perhaps you should apply to be part of Team Rynkeby 2018.

Team Rynkeby is now open for applications for the charity cycling team's 17th tour to Paris to benefit children with critical illnesses. The tour takes place from Saturday, 30 June to Saturday, 7 July 2018.

"As early as spring 2017 we decide how many teams we will have in the different countries in 2018, and where we will place them. "That's why it's important for us to have a sense of the level of interest, and where that interest is coming from if we are to establish new teams in new areas," says Carl Erik Dalbøge, director of the Team Rynkeby Foundation.

The cost (approximately)
It's still too early to determine the cost of participation on Team Rynkeby 2018. But according to Carl Erik Dalbøge, the cost will be close to that of 2017, where each rider pays DKK 18,200 to be part of the team – including the bicycle, cycling clothes and hotel package. Service persons pay DKK 3,600.

"It is a lot of money, but when you consider what's in the package, it's not expensive. "The bicycle alone carries a retail price of approximately DKK 16,000," explains Carl Erik Dalbøge.

If you would like to be part of Team Rynkeby in 2018, you can submit a motivated application on the Team Rynkeby website by 20 August 2017 at the latest.

All applicants will receive a reply on 4 September 2017.
