Team Rynkeby is run by the Team Rynkeby Foundation, which is organised in the following way.
The Team Rynkeby Foundation consists of a board with seven members: Peter Frank Andersen, CEO of Rynkeby Foods A/S (Chairman of the Board), Jørn Falk, Marketing Director of Rynkeby Foods A/S, Jan Pedersen, CFO of Rynkeby Foods A/S, Allan Agerholm, CHO of BC Hospitality Group, Lars Simper, CEO of Nellemann Leasing, Magnus Berndtsson, Managing Director of Eckes-Granini Sweden and Timo Laukkanen, Managing Director of Marli.
Team Rynkeby is managed by the Director of the Team Rynkeby Foundation, who also acts as Country Manager for Denmark. There is also a Country Manager for Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Faroe Islands and Iceland. It is typically the Country Manager who is in regular contact with the Steering Committees and participating cyclists in the individual countries.
The Team Rynkeby Foundation has an Accounting Manager, who manages project finances, and an Accounting Assistant who takes care of invoicing sponsors, etc., a Communications Manager, who is responsible for the project's Nordic communications, and a Communications Assistant responsible for communications in Sweden.
Each team is headed by a Team Manager (team captain), along with a Steering Committee (the Steering Committee) consisting of a number of participants with different skills. Each team can draw on a number of key people who are responsible for finance, sponsors, public relations and service – these people may form the team's Steering Committee, although this is not always the case.
